Welcome to Press 4 Time Transportation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our transportation services (“Services”), including our website at https://www.press4timetransportation.com, our booking/payment system, mobile applications, and all rides operated by our employees.
By purchasing, booking, or using our Services, you (“Customer,” “Passenger,” or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
- We are a private passenger transportation company serving Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas.
- Services include daily work commutes, student transportation, airport rides, VIP/event transportation, and subscription-based rides.
- We are not a rideshare company. We do not allow random street pickups, unauthorized stops, or non-scheduled passengers.
- All drivers are employees only — no independent contractors. Each driver undergoes a background check and is issued a uniform and ID badge.
2. Subscription Plans & Payment
- All rides operate on a prepaid subscription basis only:
- Weekly (5 rides per week)
- Bi-Weekly (2 rides per week)
- Monthly (4 rides per month)
- Payment must be made in advance through GoDaddy Payments.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and apply only to the registered passenger.
- Each active subscriber receives a Press 4 Time Transportation ID badge, which must be shown before boarding.
3. Children & Student Riders
- Parents or legal guardians must provide written authorization for any child under 18.
- Children under 13 may only ride with verified parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- No child may be transported alone without prior, documented authorization from a parent/guardian.
- Student riders may only be picked up and dropped off at designated school or home locations confirmed at booking.
- Parents/guardians must ensure a responsible adult is available at drop-off. Press 4 Time Transportation is not liable for children left unattended.
4. Safety & Conduct
- All rides are GPS-tracked for safety and accountability.
- Vehicles may use video or audio monitoring as permitted by law.
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- Smoking, drugs, weapons, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Rides may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for rescheduling.
- No refunds are issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused subscriptions.
- Refunds may only be granted in cases of:
- Verified driver no-show
- Service cancellation by the Company
- Emergency circumstances approved by management

6. Liability & Insurance
- Press 4 Time Transportation maintains all required commercial insurance coverage under North Carolina law.
- We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events outside our control
- Personal property lost, stolen, or left in vehicles
- Injuries or damages caused by passenger misconduct or failure to follow rules
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the affected ride or subscription period.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy https://www.press4timetransportation.com
- Passenger data (including GPS ride history, payment records, and student rider info) is stored securely and only shared with authorized parties.
- Parents/guardians authorize us to collect and store necessary child information to provide safe transportation.
- All data practices comply with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate booking details (time, location, passenger name).
- Present your ID badge when boarding.
- For children, ensure proper supervision at both pickup and drop-off.
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your subscription or passenger information.
- Follow driver instructions and company policies at all times.
9. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate service immediately if:
- You fail to comply with these Terms
- Payment is not received in full
- Passenger conduct poses a safety risk
- Fraudulent activity is detected
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
10. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
- Any disputes must first be submitted in writing to support@press4timetransportation.com.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, NC, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, services, or policies. Updated versions will be posted on https://www.press4timetransportation.com
“Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
