To ensure a great experience, please schedule and prepay for your rides. While same-day bookings may be possible, we highly encourage planning at least 24 hours ahead for best results!

We’re excited to offer convenient prepaid services online! Just select your plan—Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly—complete your payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation along with your ID badge. Please note, we don’t accept cash or in-car payments.

 Your comfort and safety are our top priorities! While we don’t make stops between rides, we’re excited to offer shared rides for events, VIP experiences, and corporate needs—just let us know 2 days in advance for approval!

Tipping is entirely voluntary! Our drivers are salaried employees, ensuring you feel no pressure. However, if you enjoy exceptional service, your tips are always appreciated and deeply valued!

Yes. All drivers are employees who pass background checks, MVR screenings, and complete customer service training. No independent contractors.

Yes. We offer prepaid, scheduled airport pickups and drop-offs with flight tracking and luggage support. Pricing starts at $25. Mileage fees apply outside Mecklenburg County.

Each ride includes up to 25 miles. Additional mileage is billed at $0.75/mile (in-county) and $2.00/mile (out-of-county). This will be quoted during booking.

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 cancellation fee. Rescheduling may be possible with notice, based on availability.

No. All riders must be pre-registered and show a valid Press 4 Time ID badge at pickup. 

Plans are non-transferable for safety and verification reasons.

Also, once you prepay for your subscription plan, you must send a clear face shot of your face for your ID card to be sent to you.

 In the meantime, until you receive your ID Card for P4T, you must present either of the following: a passport, a driver's license, or an ID card to ride.

You will always receive a credit for any transportation you did not use on your subscription plan!

To ensure safe transportation, enthusiastic kids aged 15-17 need a parent’s authorized signature on the P4TT release form. Let’s get started!
